At Tactical Air we do everything we can to insure you get a working airsoft gun the first time around. We test all of our high end AEG airsoft guns to make sure that there are no defects..

As you may or may not know the airsoft market is unique in how warranty issues are handled. Most of the time warranty issues are handled directly by the manufacturer or importer of the airsoft gun. In all warranty issues either us or the manufacturer/importer will repair or replace your airsoft gun. The airsoft gun will always be repaired first and will only be replaced if the gun can not be repaired. The list below will provide you with the information you will need if you require warranty service on your airsoft gun. At this time we ask all of our customers to go through the manufacturers directly for warranty or repair work. The only returns that we can take directly are AfterMath, Crosman and Tactical Force Airsoft guns.

We test the following brands of airsoft guns with one high capacity magazine and a 8.4v battery, before they are shipped out to insure that you will receive a working, non-defective product. We take great care as we test these items so they will not be damaged.

AfterMath Products carry a 30 day Warranty through us and the manufacturer. Send any products which need repair directly to AfterMath or for replacement you must fill out an RMA form.

Classic Army Products do not carry any for of warranty and they are buy as is. They are a very high quality of gun and if left with stock component can last for years with no issue.

Crosman Airsoft carry a 30 day warranty through us. You must fill out an RMA form before you are able to return the product. On defective items it will be on a replacement or upgrade basis only.

Echo 1 USA Products carry a 30 day Warranty on the gear box only. There warranty excludes, cosmetic damage, damage to accessories or damage to magazine, clips, sling and batteries.

You must contact them directly before warranty will be fulfilled. Echo 1 products can not be returned to us directly. You must go through the manufacturer. We can help with this proces if you would like.

Caspian Arms WE, ICS, Olympic Arms, Special Weapons, TSD Sport, TSD Tactical and UHC are handled under TEAM SD.

They carry several different makes of guns under their warranty that correspond by brand.

Tokyo Marui Products do not come with a warranty and they are sold as is. They are a very high quality of gun and if left with stock component can last for years with no issue.

UTG (Under the Gun), also known as Leapers, Carries several different warranties on there guns. To find out which warranty fits your gun check to see where it was made. They will either be made in the USA, Taiwan, or China and the warranty is as follows:

90 Day Warranty on guns made in the USA and Taiwan 30 Day Warranty on guns made in China . All warranties issues are handled by Leapers directly. If you don't want to deal with Leapers then we can deal with them for you and make sure that you get the parts you need or we can help get your gun repaired.
