Important Safety Tips & InformationIMPORTANT SAFETY RULES FOR AIRSOFT GUNS
Your airsoft gun is dangerous and must be handled carefully! Always remember that your airsoft gun is not a toy! It is a real, functional gun even though it may only fire plastic BBs. Always observe all of the proper handling and safety procedures of a live firearm. Before you shoot any airsoft gun, read and understand the instruction manual and all of the airsoft gun's functions. It is essential that all airsoft gun users understand the proper handling and functions of their airsoft guns. For more information on gun safety or training, contact the NRA at 703-267-1430. Always Observe The Following Safety Rules: Learn how to handle, load, unload, operate, fire and care for your airsoft gun. NEVER PLAY with your airsoft gun unless the appropriate safety measures have been taken. Things such as safety glasses and protective gear must ALWAYS be worn. Always keep the airsoft gun pointed in a safe direction, NEVER point any weapon loaded or unloaded, at any person or anything you do not intend to shoot. Always you’re your airsoft gun unloaded until ready to fire and make sure that it is unloaded and the battery disconnected before cleaning. Keep your finger off the trigger until you are actually aiming at the target and ready to shoot. Never rely on an airsoft gun's "safety" to protect you from unsafe handling. A safety is a mechanical device, not a substitute for common sense and good safety procedures. Never leave an airsoft gun unattended or where it could fall and fire. If an airsoft gun is hit sharply or dropped, damage to the internal precision mechanism may result in an accidental firing. Store airsoft guns and BBs separately beyond the reach of children. Make sure the airsoft gun and BBs are locked and secured so children and untrained individuals will be denied access. Know your target and what is beyond. Ask yourself what your BB will hit if it misses.
