WE TEST ALL PRODUCTS THAT ARE SENT BACK TO US THOURGHLY. IF YOUR ITEM IS NOT DEFECTIVE IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE.

I have read and understand Tactical Air's Return Policy listed here.
 
I acknowledge that Tactical Air will examine and test all defective merchandise that is returned to insure that it is indeed defective. If the product is not defective the merchandise will be returned to the customer at customers expense.
 
I understand that there are no returns on Echo 1 USA, TSD Sport, TSD Tactical, Caspian Arms WE, Olympic Arms, UHC and Special Weapons and must go through the manufacturer.
   
I understand that there are no returns on any used or damaged Tactical Gear unless the items is defective.
 
I acknowledge that used merchandise that is not defective can not be returned
 
I acknowledge that defective merchandise that does not have the manufacturers box (excluding clam packs) and paperwork cannot be returned and warranty issues must then be handled through the manufacturer.
 
I acknowledge that merchandise MUST be shipped back in a shipping box and not the manufacturer's box. If items are shipped back in the manufacturers box they will be refused.
 
I understand that submitting this form does not guarantee that an RMA number will be issued and that any returns shipped to us without an RMA # written on the outside of the box will be refused.
 
I understand that all items are subject to repair before any refunds or exchanges are issued.
