The Mauser KAR98 bolt action airsoft rifle is one of the most authentic WWII replicas we have seen. With a replica bolt assembly that tears down like the actual fire arm this gun is more of an airsoft weapon and much like a collectors item. With each pull of the bolt it loads 1 shell into the chamber, like the actual Mauser, from an authentic loading assembly. The safey operates exactly like its fire arm counter part giving it even more authenticity to the rifle. Its hefty weight is a combonation of an all metal bolt and barrel assembly mixed with a synthetic polymer stock that is in a faux wood style to mimic the actual wood housing the real Mauser KAR98 uses.

Note: The bolt action must be done quickly or the shells will jam in the chamber and must be manually removed.
