Please be sure to calculate shipping charges before sending in a check or money order, or email us and we will help you calculate the total due on your order. Do not send unauthorized returns to this address. All unauthorized returns will be refused and sent back to the customer. Use our RMA Request Form to obtain an RMA # before sending back your return.

For Store Pick Up Orders:

We do not have a store front at our location. We are very happy though to set an order aside for you availible for pick up. If you would like to get a pick up order set up, please call in your order, so our system does not charge you shipping and we can set your order to customer pick up. All store pick ups will be done between 9-5 Standard Mountain time. Please have a photo ID ready upon pickup to confirm we have the correct order in line for our customers.

Store Front Location:

We do not, at this time, have a store front location and do not have product for demo purposes. If you would like to pay for your order in purchase we only accept payment via VISA, Discover, MasterCard, AMEX and Money Orders. Checks must clear before before product can be taken home with the customer, this can take up to 2 weeks depending on banks. All PayPal orders are not accepted at our storefront and must be done online or over the phone. Cash is not accepted at our location for security purposes.
